Tethys (www.tethys.cat) is an open access journal that offers a place to publish works on Meteorology and Climatology, with special interest on subjects related to the Mediterranean area. The Journal is open to the world scientific community and aims to become a reference journal regarding Mediterranean meteorology. Interdisciplinary works relating this issue with areas like agriculture, hydrology, engineering, or environmental management are also welcome.

Publishing has no costs for authors and access to the contents is free. The language of the Journal is English. Submissions in Catalan and Spanish, with the abstract also in English, are possible; these manuscripts will be translated to English if accepted. All papers are peer-reviewed. The maximum number of words per paper is 5000. Tethys is edited by the Catalan Association of Meteorology.
